Frequently Asked Questions
How early should I make a reservation?
We have a limited number of snowmobiles and often reach full capacity, particularly on weekends and holidays. We recommend at least 3 days prior to your trip.
What is your policy on cancellations?
If you cancel your reservation, we retain 25% of the booking fee to cover administrative costs, preparation, and potential loss from holding the UTV for your booking. This ensures fairness while supporting our scheduling process.
Are there any additional fees?
Please return all rentals clean and with a full tank of fuel. A $50 cleaning fee applies if the unit isn’t cleaned, and a $40 fuel fee will be charged if the tank isn’t refilled.
I'm not familiar with winter driving conditions. What are the roads like in snowy areas?
Yes you can.
Can I bring my own snowboard or skis on a snowmobile?
If it snows on the day of your trip, just leave 15 minutes early and take your time. Our experienced team is here to help, so feel free to ask any questions, especially if it’s your first time driving.
What kind of clothing is recommended?
For your UTV adventure, we recommend waterproof boots, snow pants, a warm coat, insulated gloves, a full-face DOT helmet, and dual-lens goggles for safety and comfort. Layer your clothing for flexibility and warmth, but avoid jeans under snow pants as they retain moisture. Proper gear ensures a safe and enjoyable experience in any weather.
What items am I allowed to bring along?
For your snowmobile rental, you can bring snacks, drinks, and a camera to enjoy the ride and capture the scenery. Alcohol and smoking products are strictly prohibited for safety. Consider packing sunscreen, hand warmers, and extra layers to stay comfortable in the cold.
Is it okay to wear my skiing or snowboarding helmet?
While skiing or snowboarding helmets provide some protection, we recommend wearing a full-face DOT-approved helmet for your snowmobile ride. This type of helmet offers better coverage and safety, especially for off-road conditions.
